- Maximum Point Usage: Customers can use a maximum of 10 points per order. Customer has more than 10 points, they can choose to redeem only 10 points or save the remaining points for future orders.
- Account Management: Customers can create and manage their rewards program accounts. Customers can track their points balance, transaction history, and expiration dates. Customers are responsible to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
- Modifications and Termination: Fig-Ops Toys reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice. Customers will be provided with reasonable notice in case of program modifications or termination.

- Customers can also earn 1 point for writing a review on a purchased product.
